Charlie Garrett
A visual artist and painter, Charlie studied Visual Art at Watkins College and abroad in Berlin. Growing up in Tennessee, he yearned to get out and see the world. Subsequently, he traveled to countries all over the world, and lived in cities like Dallas, Nashville, San Francisco and Ft. Lauderdale.
While living and painting in San Francisco, Charlie grew interested in learning to put his artistic skills onto skin. He began tattooing full time in 2014, and in April of 2021, he fulfilled the dream of opening his own shop.
Charlie is an expert black and grey realism tattoo artist. While this is his specialty, Charlie loves tattooing many different styles, and his eclectic body of work ranges from black and grey to color realism, surrealism, newschool, geometric, floral, and more. Pet portraits are one of Charlie’s favorite things to tattoo!
